Team Strengths Workshop

Relaunch Me offers Team Strengths Workshops to clients in the private and public sector and in corporate as well as SMEs.

A Strengths Team Workshop will be tailored for your organisation and will be an interactive, engaging and fun workshop that will build morale as well as help teams better understand and celebrate their unique strengths.

Half-day workshop tailored for your team

This workshop involves individual team members completing an Individual Strengths Profile Assessment prior to the half-day workshop. This data will then inform a Team Strengths Report which will be debriefed in the workshop. The Team Manager will also receive a report highlighting key strengths for each team member.

Leah was engaged to run a workshop for the team at AEF, during a complex transition that heavily impacted the organisation and its staff.
