Our Emergency Services Interview Coaching service is tailored to the service that you are applying for and includes fire services (all States in Australia and New Zealand), paramedicine (Graduate, MICA, off-road and senior leadership roles), police (VicPol, AFP – Recruit, Sergeant, Snr Sergeant) and Customs/Australian Border Force.
Individual sessions, coaching programs and mock interviews are available depending on the support required.

Coaching Session Options:
Interview Coaching Session
This session is a 60-min consultation that is tailored for the service that you are preparing for based on the selection criteria and our knowledge of past questions.
These sessions are tailored to the individual and will focus on preparing to respond to both general and behavioural interview questions, in particular, developing robust STAR/STARLA examples to demonstrate the key skills.
These sessions are for you if you want to give these interviews your absolute best and are prepared to put in the hard work after the session.
All sessions are conducted on Zoom and recorded for future reference.
A summary of the session will also be emailed after the session.
$375 incl. GST
Mock Interview
Follow-up coaching sessions or Mock Interviews can also be conducted to similate the panel interview.
We recommend that a Mock Interview is scheduled following at least one interview coaching session.
The Mock Interview will include 40-minutes of questions based on questions from previous rounds for that particular service.
At the conclusion of the interview, detailed feedback will be provided on where responses can be improved.
All coaching sessions are recorded on Zoom for future reference and you will also receive a summary of the session.

Interview Coaching Package
The Interview Coaching Package is for those clients who don’t to leave anything to chance.
The coaching package includes 4 x 60-min Interview Coaching sessions plus
1 x 60-min Mock Interview.
In these sessions we will progressively work through all the likely questions including motivational questions, behavioural questions and fire service knowledge questions.
One of the interview coaching sessions can also be used to assist with preparation for the group assessment (for FRV clients).
All sessions are conducted on Zoom and recorded for future reference.
A summary of the session will also be emailed after the session.
$1,500 incl. GST
Value – saving of $375 with upfront payment of package.
