Our Emergency Services Interview Coaching service is tailored to the service that you are applying for and includes fire services (all States in Australia and New Zealand), paramedicine (Graduate, MICA, off-road and senior leadership roles), police (VicPol, AFP – Recruit, Sergeant, Snr Sergeant) and Customs/Australian Border Force.
Individual sessions, coaching programs and mock interviews are available depending on the support required.

Coaching Session Options:
Interview Coaching Session
This session is a 60-min consultation that is tailored for the service that you are preparing for based on the selection criteria and our knowledge of past questions.
These sessions are tailored to the individual and will focus on preparing to respond to both general and behavioural interview questions, in particular, developing robust STAR/STARLA examples to demonstrate the key skills.
These sessions are for you if you want to give these interviews your absolute best and are prepared to put in the hard work after the session.
All sessions are conducted on Zoom and recorded for future reference.
A summary of the session will also be emailed after the session.
$395 incl. GST
Mock Interview
Follow-up coaching sessions or Mock Interviews can also be conducted to similate the panel interview.
We recommend that a Mock Interview is scheduled following at least one interview coaching session.
The Mock Interview will include 40-minutes of questions based on questions from previous rounds for that particular service.
At the conclusion of the interview, detailed feedback will be provided on where responses can be improved.
All coaching sessions are recorded on Zoom for future reference and you will also receive a summary of the session.

FRV Group Coaching Package
This 8-week group coaching program is specifically to prepare clients for the FRV panel interview in Feb 2025.
Commences Monday, 2nd December and concludes on Monday, 3rd February.
(No sessions on 9th December and 30th December).
Sessions will be held weekly at 7.30 pm Melbourne Time.
Detailed preparation work will be sent to you once you register for the program.
In these sessions, we will work through the most likely questions in detail based on past questions, the FRV values and the key capabilities/skills that are assessed (ie. Teamwork, Resilience, Communication, Safety etc)
We will work on your interview technique and workshop STAR examples that will work for your specific experience.
In these sessions, I will share a decade of knowledge coaching clients for this demanding panel interview and I will teach you how to stand out from the crowd.
All sessions are conducted on Zoom and will be recorded so if you miss a session you can refer back to it later.

Interview Coaching Package
This individual coaching program is for clients preparing for any of the fire services in Australia or New Zealand.
This includes 4 x 60-minute individual interview coaching sessions plus 1 x 60-minute Mock Interview in the week leading up to the panel interview.
In these sessions, we will work through responses for all the key capabilities and values of the fire service that you are preparing for. You will also be sent detailed preparation work prior to the first session that we will work through over the course of your program.
We will work on your interview technique and workshop STAR/STARLA examples based on your specific experience. In these sessions, I will share a decade of knowledge coaching clients for these demanding panel interviews and I will teach you how to stand out from the crowd.
All sessions are conducted on Zoom and recorded for future reference.
