Career Development Package for Employees

Timing: 3 or 4-session package delivered over 3 months

Our career development package will ensure that your employees take control of their career and take the action required to help them achieve their future career goals. Sessions are tailored to the individual but include:

• Identifying future career goals within the organisation
• Identifying key strengths that can be leveraged
• Identifying areas for development
• Identifying leadership capabilities that need to be developed further
• Identifying key relationships that should be nurtured

This session includes the completion of a Career Development Plan that includes:

• Identifying three key goals to work on in the next 12 months
• Documenting practical actions to be implemented under each goal

This session may also include an additional alignment session with the hiring manager to ensure accountability.
